Your self concept is the most powerful habit of thought you have. Every time you think about yourself you are reinforcing your conditioned thoughts feelings and behaviors. Each time you intentionally rehearse and imagine the you of your dreams you are contributing to a new habit of you. With repetition you will become whomever you imagine yourself to be. In this meditation we will be intentionally creating the you of your dreams.
In this short guided meditation we will be exploring how habits of thought create our experience and begin creating the habit of your own self concept.
